Plant Identification:
- Growth Form: semi-woody perennial that grows 6-12 inches tall
- Leaf: bright green linear leaves located alternately along the stem and in whorls
- Flowers: small, lack sepals or petals, and are clustered around one pistilate flower. They change from yellow green to purple red as they age
- Fruit: three lobed and contain 1-3 egg shaped smooth grey seeds
