Plant Identification:

• Growth form: evergreen woody vine or shrub with stems that are green when young and become light grey and corky with age
• Leaf: 1-2.5 inches long, opposite, glossy, dark green, ovate, slightly toothed, covered with vines
• Flower: small, greensih inconspicuous flowers on long branched stalks
• Fruit: small round pink-red capsules that split open to expose the seeds
